Junior Sales Account Manager
Pay: $60,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year

The Junior Sales Manager to support our growing sales team. They will assist in driving revenue growth, supporting existing customer relationships and developing new ones, building market forecasts, and expanding market share within the aviation industry.

POSITION DUTIES
Support the sales team in managing key accounts and building client relationships.
Act as the key focal point for assigned customer accounts, bringing in experts from other departments where necessary.
Assist in preparing and delivering sales presentations, proposals, and quotes.
Track sales metrics, generate reports, and provide insights to support strategy.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in the CRM system.
Coordinate with technical services and product development teams to align sales strategies.
Participate in industry trade shows and client visits as required.
Identify potential leads and opportunities in domestic and international markets.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to recommend improvements.
POSITION REQUIRMENTS
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Aviation Management, or related field.
1–3 years of sales or business development experience (preferably in manufacturing or aviation).
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce).
Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
Willingness to travel as needed (up to 20%).
Preferred Qualifications:
Knowledge of the aviation industry or aviation tire products.
Technical understanding of manufacturing processes or tire specifications.
Fluency in a second language is a plus (for international sales growth).
