The Pchum Ben Festival is a sacred time for our community to gather in remembrance, gratitude, and generosity. As we come together to honor our ancestors, we invite local vendors to join us in making this year’s festival a vibrant and welcoming celebration for all families and visitors. Vendor Registration Options Merch / Non-Food Vendors: $50 (Covers both Saturday & Sunday) Food Vendors: $75 (Covers both Saturday & Sunday) Additional donations are always deeply appreciated to help support our temple programs. Main Event Day: Please note that Sunday is our primary festival day with peak community attendance, but space is open and included for both days. Special Offer: Become a Monthly Supporter Donor Skip event fees by becoming a Monthly Supporter Donor ($20/month). As a monthly supporter, your vendor fee is waived for all festival events throughout the year at no additional charge. 👉 Click Here to Become a Monthly Supporter Donor Vendor Expectations & Guidelines Space & Booth Size: Standard registration covers spaces ranging from 8x8 ft up to 10x10 ft. If you require a space larger than 10x10 ft, an additional fee will apply (please contact event coordinators prior to registering). Vendors must supply their own pop-up tent, tables, chairs, and trash receptacles. Power & Electricity: No electricity is provided by the temple. Vendors requiring power must bring their own quiet, inverter-style generators or battery power stations. Setup & Arrival: Please arrive at least 1.5 hours prior to event opening times on both days to complete setup and check-in with event coordinators. Food Vendor Requirements: Food vendors are responsible for bringing their own power/heating sources, handwashing setups, and maintaining clean/safe food handling practices in compliance with local health standards. Clean-Up: Vendors are expected to leave their designated area clean and free of trash at the conclusion of the event on Sunday evening. Non-Refundable Policy: Vendor fees directly support temple operations and event logistics; registration fees are non-refundable.
