Join us at our Family Health Fair! We're excited to connect children and adults with community health and wellness resources so that they can live their best lives. Our goal is not only to encourage healthy living by adopting healthy habits, but to educate individuals on how advocate for their health needs and those of their family. Come out and visit our lineup of vendors while enjoying food, raffles and healthy activities for the whole family.
