Aleka DeGraaf is the Founder and Owner of Fortified Dreams Property Solutions, a North Carolina-based real estate and property management company built for serious investors.

A licensed North Carolina REALTOR® and experienced property management operator, Aleka specializes in residential, multifamily, and light commercial real estate, helping local and global investors protect their assets, improve performance, and build stronger portfolios through disciplined systems and hands-on management.

Aleka holds a BBA in Business Management & Accounting from Berkeley College and an MBA in Business Management from Grand Canyon University. She is an active member of NARPM and NCPM and was elected to serve on the Greensboro Regional REALTORS® Association Board of Directors for the 2027–2028 term.

Based in downtown Greensboro, Aleka is passionate about entrepreneurship, responsible real estate investment, stronger property management standards, and building businesses that contribute to the long-term strength of North Carolina communities.
